How soon before the event should we contact?
Minimum 6 weeks. For peak season events (May–October) with 100+ delegates, 3 months is better.
What about VIP speakers separately?
Included — VIP delegates can ride in Mercedes Maybach for same-cost upgrade. Nametag recognition at terminal plus preferred vehicle assignment.
